Once goods are received at your specified shipping address, Office Navigate holds no responsibility or liability of those goods whatsoever.
Free shipping only applies for orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If you do not have an account with us, you will automatically be charged shipping based on your order.
Free shipping is excluding office furniture.
If your ship to address is outside the GTA, there will likely be a shipping charge. Our system will show you the Purolator rates in the Checkout Process.

Delivery Time :
All orders are processed through Next Business Day Delivery when you order before 3pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.
All orders placed after 3 pm, will generally be delivered within 2 business days.
We do offer Same Day Delivery for urgent orders.

"Urgent Order - Require Same Day Delivery"
- Only deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area are eligible for this service.

- This rush service can only be provided if we have stock of the item at the time of order.
In the event of a holiday, deliveries may be delayed (i.e. Federal and Provincial holidays across Canada). If you are unsure of your delivery date, please contact us.
